May 2013, Pybus Public Market opened featuring  high quality selections of artisan and ethnic products, locally grown fruits and vegetables, Washington wines, meats, flowers, oils, nuts, pastries and freshly-made, prepared foods from some of the best restaurants in Washington State. Alongside with Pybus's opening, we opened with FIRE, a Neapolitan Pizzeria featuring wood-fired oven pizzas, fresh salads and full bar highlighting local and Italian wines, and ICE, an Italian Gelateria, featuring gelato, sorbetto, crepes and coffees.
